Founded by Quinn Callahan in 2009, The S.E.E.D. Program bloomed into a 501c3 organization in 2023 with the initiative to bridge dance education with economically disadvantaged children.

With support from the S.E.E.D. Program, aspiring dancers lacking the means to study with accredited dance institutions, are provided opportunities through the regarded program at The Rock Center for Dance, Las Vegas, NV.

The gift of dance education is life-changing to families who may not otherwise afford opportunities due to financial hardship.

It is our mission to empower aspiring dancers, and together, with generous support, we will plant the SEED and cultivate future generations of dance artists and leaders!

Backstory

Surrounded by music, art, and love, Quinn Callahan's childhood also battled hardship and adversity. Quinn was a dreamer from a young age and found solace in her creative mind and imagination. She often found herself looking into the window of the local, one-room dance studio...until one day the owner invited her in!

The seed was planted as a child, infatuated with music and dance, Quinn dreamed, obsessively exploring and creating dance. With a constant thirst to discover more, she continued… ..Decades later, after creating countless syllabuses, lesson plans, training programs, and bringing movement ideas to life, she realized that wasn’t enough.

She founded The Rock Center For Dance in 2009.

In the years leading up to this, Quinn volunteered her time teaching children in schools throughout poverty-stricken, underprivileged communities. She witnessed clearly how much dance education massively impacted their lives, as it had hers.

The idea for the seed program followed and became an official 501c3 later in 2023.  In the 14 years prior, Quinn personally sponsored several children. Those now teens and young adults are becoming impactful leaders living their dreams, and are recognized among the top young dancers in the world today.
